ILIS , the 25th years Anniversary

ILIS this year celebrates the 25th year since its founding, but has a history of 146 years, after it started as a flour mill, by the grandfather of its owner, Theodoros Giannaras.

Τhe quality pure materials and the experience of Theodoros Giannaras in the family flour mill, prompted the establishment of the company in 1996. For the first time the traditional Greek pasta of natural drying was presented under the brandname "ILIS". Every year with study, research and tastings, the company's pasta range is renewed. There are now over 50 different types of flavors and types of pasta for local and wholesaler market.

ILIS is an example of innovation and faith in tradition, proving every day that a company with traditional products has a place in the modern way of life. Both the short cooking time and the variety of pasta are an inspiration to the consumer, but also to renowned chefs and foodbloggers. Today we are developing dynamically passing into the 5th generation. Our goal is to expand even further in Greece and internationally, always with a commitment to quality Greek product.

Especially because of the 25th anniversary, the company will announce competitions, surprises and unique recipes through its collaborations and social media.
