The current website (″ilispasta.gr″) is provided by the enterprise Giannaras Theodoros (″ILIS″). For ″ILIS″, the respect and protection of your personal data is a commitment. In this context, it takes seriously into account the fact that you are adequately informed about your personal data. Personal data that are provided by the visitors of our website are used exclusively for the purpose for which they were submitted, as it is mentioned in each collection point.

  • When you contact us through our website entering your data in the contact forms of ″ILIS″, or through our e-mail or by phone.
  • When you register for competitions, through the submission of contact details in registration forms.
  • In the case in which your personal data are conveyed legally to us, e.g. by commercial partners.
  • Through your publication of Contributions, which may contain your Personal Data that you directly gave to social media which are administered in dependently by third parties, such as Facebook, Twitter etc. As Contributions are considered the images, the comments, the phrases that are actually related to the website’s content, the content and whichever information you come up with or publish on the social media pages that are dedicated to the products of ″ILIS″, including the images that you may provide.  

Why we collect / process your personal data

We will process your Personal Data exclusively for the following purposes, up on having your consent about the processing, which may be revoked at anytime, by sending a message to e-mail privacy@ilispasta.gr

The personal data with which you provide us will be processed for the following purposes:

  • For reasons of communication with you and for the general management of our relationship. For example, it is possible that we contact you by phone or e-mail or by other means in order to inform you or ask you for additional details in relation to some request of yours.
  • To send newsletters with the sole purpose of distributing the content that is published at regular intervals on the web site ilispasta.gr.
  • In competitions that are organized, throught he submission of contact details in registration forms, in order for the users to be personally informed in case they win.
  • For the submission and approval of the company’s expenses that correspond to the products supplied to ″ILIS″ by natural persons, so as to proceed immediately to their payment.
  • To comply with obligations imposed by law. ″ILIS″ makes every possible effort to minimize the risk for your rights and freedoms, by means of not collecting personal data except for those that are necessary for the accomplishment of the abovementioned purposes. Your data do not undergo any further processing that is incompatible with the purpose.

Which personal data we collect for you

The data that we collect depend on the general frame work of your interaction with ″ILIS″, as well as the possibilities that you use. Some of these data are provided directly by you, when, for example, you communicate with us.
Communication data.″ILIS″ collects communication details, such as full name, address, Postal Code, telephone numbers, e-mail address when you communicate directly with us either through web forms, by phone or through social media. The abovementioned details are also asked from persons with whom ″ILIS″ collaborates.  .
Billing details. ″ILIS″ collects the billing details of the natural persons that provide it with products or services, such as the residence/company seat address, the VAT number and the name of their Tax Office, in order to verify the payment that is owed by us, as well as to comply with the tax rules.

Your Personal Data are processed in the facilities of the Controller and wherever the persons that carry out the processing are. For further information, you may contact the Controller, whose contact details are referred in the unit Communication with Controller of Processing.

Time period that we store your personal data

Your personal data are stored only for the time period that is required for the accomplishment of the purpose for which they are collected and processed. When their processing is imposed as an obligation by a labor law provision or other provision of the current legal framework, your personal data will be stored for the time period that is imposed by the relevant provisions.

Who are the recipients of your Personal Data

Wherever we give your personal data, we do so provided that the third parties agree to comply with the GDPR regulations. Your personal data may be disclosed and processed by:

  • Legal or natural persons that act as external partners, carrying out the processing, realizing outdoor activities, that have been designated by ″ILIS″, or external partners that carryout the processing of ″ILIS″ (among whom persons that are designated to carry out duties of subscription, communication, marketing, advertising, promotion and sale of products and /or services, website administrators, administrators of electronic platforms and social media).
  • Inside ″ILIS″ your personal data will be disclosed only to the persons that are responsible for your service and the management of our relationships. In any case the access of unauthorized persons, including the staff of ″ILIS″, to your personal data is prohibited.

Minors

Minors who are under 16 years olds should not give information or Personal Data to ″ILIS″ without the consent of the persons that have their parental responsibility. Without this consent, minors would not be able to send requests through the website. ″ILIS″ calls upon those who have the parental responsibility for minors to be informed about the safe and responsible use of the network and the website.

Right of Access. You may ask and receive from ″ILIS″ information about your personal data that we process, as well as information about their processing, such as its purposes, the recipients and the time period of their storage (article 15 of Regulation). In the context of this right, you may ask for a copy of your personal data that are being processed, with which we will provide you free of charge. In case there quests are recurrent and clearly ungrounded, ″ILIS″ reserves the right to set a reasonable amount.
Right to Rectification. You may ask the rectification of any inaccuracies or the completion of any incomplete details, in which acts the company will proceed immediately without undue delay (article 16 of Regulation). The company is bound to notify immediately the recipients to whom your data have been disclosed (article 19 of Regulation).
Right to object. You may object to the processing of your personal data when there is a legitimate interest about it, according to the terms and provisions of article 21 of Regulation, including your right to object to the automated processing of your data and their processing for marketing purposes.
Right to erasure (″right to be forgotten″). You may ask for the erasure of your personal data as long as there is no a legal obligation for their storage or you object to its processing having a legitimate interest about it (article 17 of Regulation). In some cases (as, for example, when there is a contract, an obligation of personal data processing that is imposed by law, public interest), the said right is subject to certain restrictions or does not exist, depending on the case. Our company will proceed to the erasure without undue delay upon your relevant request, under the conditions of the Greek and European legislation on Personal Data Protection. The company is bound to inform immediately the recipients to who my our data have been disclosed (article 19 of Regulation)
Right to withdraw consent. In the cases that we process your personal data based on your consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent or change the degree of consent you have given, without this affecting the law fullness of the processing for the period prior to withdraw all.

Right to restriction of processing. You may ask for the suspension of processing of your personal data: (a) when you contest their accuracy, until the verification of accuracy, (b) when you opposet he erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead, (c) when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing, but they are necessary to you for the establishment, exercise and defense of legal claims, and (d) when you object to processing, pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override those of your objection (article 18 of Regulation).

In case you exercise some of your above mentioned rights, ″ILIS″ will respond within a month, unless your request is quite complex or there is a large number of similar requests. In any case, ″ILIS″ is bound to inform you in detail about possible violation incidents, when these might put in serious danger your rights and freedoms, as well as about the proposed measures in order to cope with them.
