VERY EASY RECIPE
Penne salad with colourful peppers, smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill
A recipe for a nice 'n quick pasta salad, ready in just 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g ILIS penne
- 250 g smoked salmon
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g heavy cream
- Juice from one lemon
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- Salt and white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the penne in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- When ready, cool them well in cold water and then mix them with some olive oil.
- Chop the dill and the peppers finely.
- In a bowl, whip the cream cheese with the heavy cream and then add the lemon juice
- Add salt and white pepper, the pasta, the peppers, the dill and the salmon cut in small pieces.
- Mix everything well and serve.
