Penne salad with colourful peppers, smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill

A recipe for a nice 'n quick pasta salad, ready in just 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g ILIS penne
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • Salt and white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the penne in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  • When ready, cool them well in cold water and then mix them with some olive oil.
  • Chop the dill and the peppers finely.
  • In a bowl, whip the cream cheese with the heavy cream and then add the lemon juice
  • Add salt and white pepper, the pasta, the peppers, the dill and the salmon cut in small pieces.
  • Mix everything well and serve.
