ILIS spiroulina taglatelle with arugola , pine seeds and cream cheese



  • 500gr. ILIS spirulina tagliatelle
  • 2 bouquets arugula
  • 100gr. pine seeds
  • 1 medium dried onion, finely chopped
  • ½ glass white wine
  • 200gr. cream cheese
  • Salt & pepper


Boil the tagliatelle in a lot of salted water for 5-6 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the seeds, salt and pepper and deglaze with the wine. Add two spoonful’s of the boiling pasta water and stir. Add the pasta while it’s hot. Thickly chop the arugula and add it to the pan. Let it draw the fluids for 3-4 minutes. Serve the tagliatelle and sprinkle with pieces of the cream cheese.
